Down and feather principally has goose and
duck origin. The filling giuves it excellent protection againts
cold weather and water.
Down extracts from neck and chest. It consist a core and
thousands capillary filaments ramified as star form distribution.
Feathers comes from other animal body parts.
Colour filling doesn´t reduce quality, but grey and
black colours gaves to quilt less lightnees and cleannees
aspect.
To obtain top quality on filling its necesary to produce
it as following procedure: bacterial treatment washed, dry
it at 120º, cooling, dust extraction, sterilizeand desinfect.
Next procedure is select several filling qualities on air
flow machines.
NORDREAM uses in his product range, new European fillings,
manufactured according with most strictly quality (EN 12934;
J.I.S.; etz..), hygiene and environmental care.

Making up
Best system is inside baffle boxes or “kassetten”.
Those baffles let filling comes in trough all inner quilt, including
sewns, and prevents cold zones (without filling) ,and also give
uniformity distribution against quilt surface
Filling
“kassetten” system , force us to
fill quilt box by box. We can do it with +/- 0,1 gr weight precision,
getting weight equality on each box and wheigt and volume uniformity
distribution all over the quilten.
All quilts produced by Nordream are “kassetten”
system, piping and double stitching, to get maximum quality
products.

“Down Proof” Fabric
Cotton its raw material used on fabrics, because it maintain
human body temperature and doesn´t has humidity, cold
and wet sensation. Principal fabric property its downproof,
it means down doesn´t comes out trough the fabric.
Down-feather quilt filled it's the best natural
isolation we can obtain. Optimal relation wheigt/volume (low
weight-high volume) we have an excellent air chamber to protect
our body temperature from external conditions.
Down feather fillings are absorbent, when we
are sleeping it retains our body humidity and take it outside,
keeping our body in dry condition and agreeable; humidity quickly
evaporates when we air the quilt.

Quilt and pillow air contact and refuffly
its recommended to remove humidity and replace filling distribution.
Washing instructions
Products without "Teflon" treatment are recommended
wash it on laundry or dry cleaning establishments, because his
big dimension product and its difficult well dry. "Teflón
treatment products are available to home washed if dimension
let us do it.
Home washing
Water at 30º C, neutral soap, short centrifuge, dry machine,delicate
program, or,on open air without sun contact. Don´t place
clothes in warm sources contact , remove it delicate and repeated
to have it completely dry and recover original volume. Don´t
use bleach.
Dry cleaning
Percloretylene its allowed.
Storage
Keep it on dry place, inside cotton bag. Don´t place over
heavy weights.
